Prava i prevodi is a literary agency established in 1990 by Jovan Milenkovic. The company has its headquarters in Belgrade, Serbia, but as an agency it operates in 21 countries across Eastern Europe and on a global scale.

PiP partners with prestigious American and British publishing groups, their imprints, and with international literary agencies, to represent over 50,000 titles to Eastern European publishers. The company is dedicated to executing licensing agreements for print, digital and audio formats in all major literary genres, from NonFiction to Science-Fiction; Fantasy to Rom-Coms; and sometimes a hybrid of them all (looking for Gothic Young Adult Historical Thriller? You’ve come to the right place!).

PiP represents some of today’s most popular writers (BookTok successes galore), as well as an extensive amount of literary estates established posthumously.

With a staff of book lovers, PiP has a few goals: to encourage a love of reading; to remember the great scribes of yonder; and to share stories, the one concept that unites us all, on an international, translatable scale.
